It is fast approaching that magical time of year.....Thanksgiving and Christmas. The season of goodwill to all, a time of Christmas Parties, Eat, Drink and be Merry.

We thought we would look to end the year on a high;) by having a 21 Day Fat Loss Challenge.

Measurements will be taken on or before Monday in your class. This will include

* Fat Percentage in the body, (this will be at the Phoenix College and Litchfield locations only
* Actual Measurements [Chest, Waist & Hips]
* Take your weight that morning and give to trainer

The start date for the challenge will be November 30 [Monday]

Everyone who wants to join, will be given a 21 day meal plan. This will be the easiest plan you will have ever done.There will be 3 workouts a week......your choice of any of our locations..... you can even swap between the times [just let us know about 24 hours in advance]

On Monday December 18 the challenge is over and the Measurements will be repeated. There will be prizes for the person who has

Boost metabolism, reduce body fat and increase muscular strength and endurance with full body workouts using a combination of resistance training and interval work in a positive group-based environment. Work at your own level-all exercises and activities are scaled to your ability:

� Interval training
� Obstacle course work and agility drills
� Fitness games/challenges
� Resistance training with kettlebells, dumbells, medicine balls, bands and bodyweight exercises

Camps meet on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:30am-7:30am at Desert Horizons Park (56th Street and Greenway). Come any or all three days depending upon your schedule. Introductory session is free and each additional session is $10.

Express boot camps meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00am-6:30am at the same location. The Express Boot Camp sessions are $5 each and consist of:

 Boxing drills (non-contact) using focus mitts
 Power-based exercises
 Core conditioning.

All of our camps are open-ended meaning we do not have a definitive start or end date. You come when your schedule allows. We also do not lock you into a pre-paid plan. You must purchase your sessions in advance but the number of sessions are up to you-you may pay day by day if you wish. All clients are sent a weekly billing statement via e-mail to help keep them current and inform them of how many paid sessions they have remaining.

Dietary guidelines, nutritional tips and assessments are provided for all clients. All training equipment is also provided. All you need to bring are running shoes, water, a yoga mat and a positive attitude!

I am a 21 year old male looking for training partners who would like to get together and share offensive and defensive combat techniques. I am equally interested in learning and sharing hand to hand, hand to weapon, and weapon to weapon techniques. I also want to use boxing gloves and practice techniques,work out(free style) with an offensive/defensive opponents, actually hitting each other decently for more realistic training. I have been considering getting a fencing mask for weapons training which I believe is a very good idea. I have trained for 3 years in a style called Kung Fu San Soo that comes from southern China, I am very open-minded to learning techniques from other styles and incorporating what works. I would very much like to incorporate MMA training, hitting drills(bags?), and agility/reflex drills to become a better and more confident fighter. I've always considered a nice grassy spot good for training, matting could work but I don't have any. Wearing a cup is necessary, and a mouthpiece is a good idea. I am 5'10" and 160lbs. Im looking to get on a softball team in anthem or down at victory lanes. I just moved to Anthem a week ago, and heard about some good softball out here. I have some baseball expierence, I played three years pro ball with the Tampa Bay Rays and I just want to get out and play. My schedule is a little strange. I have Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday off so it would be nice to play on those days. Just let me know if anyone needs another player for there team.
