Front Feed Slide: Heavy gauge type 304 stainless steel.

Rollers: Polished stainless steel construction with long life sealed bearings.

Roller Scrapers: Nylon lades, spring loaded. Easily removed for cleaning.

Roller Adjustments: Individual side mounted levers, of heavy duty construction, with index plates for precise control of dough thickness.
