Good post. I agree that if you don't want whats being offered for sale on Craigslist, you don't have to look at it. Just pass it by. There are probably some (a lot?) of people that will find some value in what's being offered even if you don't. Don't let your likes and dislikes dictate to others what they may or may not see. Advertising on Craigslist helps some people make a living and you shouldn't hamper that effort, especially in these rough economic times.

1986 Pro Star competition ski boat (inboard). 351 Ford Windsor with a Holly 4 barrel carburetor, 1220hrs. This was the last year of the
'star hull'. This boat has a single axle trailer, swim deck, and bimini top. I've owned this boat since 1996 and have taken meticulous
mechanical care of it. Upholstery was replaced in '04, but has some wear and cracks. Carpet needs replacement. It's been covered, but needs a new cover. The trailer has a newer axle, but needs alignment; tires have lots of tread. This boat has been sitting for 2 years, but the last time I had it out,
it ran great as usual. I'm selling it 'as is' - the 1st $3,800 takes it. This boat needs some. Before starting every season, I would squirt oil in the pistons through the spark plug hole to avoid scratching piston sleeves. Oil & plugs were changed every season regardless of hours used. Battery was new 2 years ago, but has been sitting. If you know MasterCrafts, you know this is a great buy!
