<p>The Academic Program Director for the Accounting/Business AAS and BS degree programs: </p>

<li>Leads and directs the academic unit and provides the primary management and oversight to carry out the ECP mission. 
<li>Working with and through others, plans, organizes, leads and controls the academic progress of students to include: </li></ul>
<ol>
<li>
<div align="left">scheduling</div></li>
<li>
<div align="left">advising</div></li>
<li>
<div align="left">probation and suspension appeals and advising/monitoring/evaluation plans</div></li>
<li>
<div align="left">attendance and retention </div></li></ol>

<li>Hires, orientates, manages, supervises, and terminates full, part-time and adjunct faculty. 
<li>Oversees curriculum development and usage for the department. 
<li>Conducts the academic affairs of the department in an effective manner to achieve department, ECP campus/institutional, and HLC accreditation goals and criteria. 
<li>Actively contributes in the participatory governance of the college, collaborating on policy, program, and college development. 
<li>Collaborates on planning department budget and its allocation to include: facilities, equipment, course materials, and professional development of faculty. 
<li>Seeks and assists with articulation and partnership agreements. 
<li>Ensures departmental compliance with academic policies and procedures. </li></ul>

Job Requirements:

<ul>
<li>Minimum of Master's Degree in a business related field, doctorate preferred. </li>
<li>3-5 years of proprietary education experience with a teaching experience component. </li>
<li>2+ years of management experience, preferably in an academic environment. </li>
<li>Regional accreditation experience. </li>
<li>Strong experience in student retention and problem solving abilities. </li>
<li>Proven ability to hire, train, and supervise. </li>
<li>Proven ability to interact with all levels of individuals. </li>
<li>Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. </li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li>
<li>Detail oriented and problem solving skills. </li>

The Nike Tournament of Champions is the largest and most prestigious high school girls’ basketball tournament in the world, with 136 teams and more than 2,000 athletes from 20 states participating.<br>

RESPONSIBILITIES<br>
Selected interns will direct all operations at one of 4 primary venues in Chandler. Responsibilities include ticket sales, apparel sales, crowd control, reporting and recording tournament results, and more. <br>

MANDATORY HOURS<br>
December 27, 4:00P - 10:00P; December 28, 29, and 30 all day<br>

QUALIFICATIONS<br>
No specific basketball knowledge is required. Interns must be energetic, responsible, outgoing, great with people, hardworking, and attentive to detail. The internship does require significant interaction with the public (athletes, coaches, fans, and media) so candidates should be positive, cheerful and comfortable in dealing with others.<br>

COMPENSATION<br>
Selected interns will receive approximately $400 (value) in Nike merchandise and a letter of completion/recommendation at the conclusion of the event. All meals are provided.<br>

EI Tempe will be located in the Agave Business Park which is located near the intersection I-10 and Warner Rd (Across from IKEA). The construction of our facility will get started the middle of December and is anticipated to be completed within the next 2-3 months. Our facility will be over 12,000 square feet and will serve as your one stop shop for everything baseball and softball.<br>
Extra Innings is seeking one Assistant General Manager and approximately 5-10 private instructors.  We are also interested in a strength and conditioning trainer.  The AGM will be paid salary and is a full-time position. All instructors will be paid on a 'per clinic' and ‘per lesson’ basis.  We work around all instructors schedules.  Instructors are only paid for clinics/lessons in which they give.<br>

Pricing/Part Master Responsibilities<br>
•	Create, update and maintain part records, pricing records, and other part related information.<br>
•	Follow up on special requests to modify existing records<br>
Inventory Control Responsibilities<br>
•	Maintain inventory levels for assigned vendors at required target levels.<br>
•	Find buyers for slow moving inventory and coordinate with sales personnel proper communication with customers<br>
•	Review and update inter-branch orders to realign slow moving inventory to locations where sale will be most likely.<br>
•	Review and managed cycle counts for assigned vendors at each branch.<br>
Process Improvement Responsibilities<br>
•	Address or correct process issues by developing new ways to do things and minimize waste<br>

Resident Operations Manager<br>

The Resident Operations Manager will work within a hospital facility to oversee an onsite resource team focused on the on-going execution of our Document Image Management program. We are looking for enthusiastic, punctual, hard working individuals who want to work for a fast-growing company with a passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to interact with people at all levels within an organization. The Operations Manager is responsible for staff management and full P&L responsibility. This position provides the opportunity to make a real impact on the hospitals day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will join our Operations Group and report to the Director of Operations for the West Coast.<br>

Responsibilities:<br>
•	Daily management of customer relations within one or multiple healthcare facilities<br>
•	Regular monitoring of the usability of all document management equipment within the facility<br>
•	Management of up to 5 Customer Service and Technical Representatives<br>
•	Quarterly report preparation and presentation to the Hospital CFOs and/or their designated staff<br>
•	Development of relationships with key stakeholders within the hospital <br>
•	Budget management of the assigned hospital expenses<br>
•	Identification of new opportunities within the accounts<br>
•	Experience in the Healthcare arena in a customer service, client-facing role a big plus <br>
<br>
Qualifications:<br>
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service Management or client-facing project management. Excellent communication, organizational and data assembling skills with strong attention to detail coupled with strong understanding of technology, digital copiers, faxes, printers and computers with proficient with MS Excel, Word and Power Point required. The successful individual will have experience giving presentations or sales/customer support with Senior Executives, ability to work effectively under time pressure and an entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to handle Profit and Loss responsibility. Valid CA driver's license and a satisfactory DMV record required. Bachelor’s degree with experience in the Healthcare industry preferred.  Familiarity with technology, digital copiers, printers and other document management equipment is also preferred. Experience managing multiple projects and people a plus.<br>

<description><![CDATA[The Financial Crimes Reporting Unit (FCRU) manager will lead a team of analysts responsible for investigating financial crimes, enhanced due diligence research, transaction monitoring, SAR drafting and link analysis.  The team uses a wide variety of research and transaction monitoring tools including but not limited to: Triumph, Legacy, LexisNexis and other internet research tools.   Financial Crimes Reporting Unit is responsible for the filing of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) on behalf of the card business it is a critical compliance imperative that involves complex business processes and systems.  <br>
<br>
The incumbent will be the final approver of SAR reports for American Express and will be responsible for writing and filing the SAR with FinCEN.  The incumbent will work closely with Worldwide Fraud Prevention, Security, Compliance, including Financial Crimes Unit (FIU), Technology, other operations groups like (CRAT, Fraud, New Accounts, IPT, ASG, etc?) and CCC partners.  Strong working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and US Patriot acts to include Anti-Money Laundering activities are necessary.    <br>
<br>
The incumbent will also be responsible for team dynamics, coaching and development of the team, which includes continual process improvement and feedback to the team.  Ability to analyze large quantities of information, identify suspicious trending and opportunities and communicate to the appropriate areas.  Work closely with the Business/Project Analysts within the department to address necessary areas.<br><br>?Minimum of two years experience in one or more of the following areas: Bank Secrecy Act(BSA), Anti Money Laundering(AML), general compliance, audit, or legal; law enforcement to include: FBI, Detective or special investigations unit.  <br>
?Minimum of two years recent people leading experience coupled with analytical and problem solving skills.<br>
?Experience in writing SARs or approving them in a team setting preferred. <br>
?Proven leadership in driving results, managing performance and leading change in a dynamic/changing environment. <br>
?Strong writing, editing and internet research skills are a must.<br>
?Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority.<br>
?Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.<br>
?Ability to manage multiple projects, remain organized and be detail oriented.<br>
?Strong knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Access.  <br>

<li><b> Nothing beats experience. </b> Please don’t bother if you haven’t managed people and stuff for at least 5 years at the upper admin level, you’ll be totally lost and we’ll all laugh at you. </li>
<li><b> You’re a people person. </b> Everyone says it. We actually mean it. Everything you do will be a team effort. You’ll be in charge of hiring, training and assigning work to people, so it’s always helpful if people like being around you. </li>
<li><b> Biprioridirectional. </b> We’re not a high-stress work environment, but we change priorities, direction and job descriptions like most people change their socks. If you find your weekly grocery list to be a daunting task, this isn’t the job for you.</li>
<li><b> Creative and motivated. </b> We want someone who thinks on their feet and doesn’t take the easy way out. Someone who finds a solution before there’s a problem would be great.</li>
<li><b> Decent written and verbal skills. </b> You don’t need to be a Pulitzer prize-winning author, but you do need the ability to write a respectable email or letter in proper English. You’re comfortable talking in front of people, and writing detailed memos and reports.</li>
<li><b> You must drive. </b> You know, a car. With a valid/clean license.</li>
<li><b> Computer skills. </b> You need not be a hacker, but a good amount of Windows and MS Office skills are required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li>
<li><b> Bonus points: </b> If you speak or write Spanish, have administrated contracts (such as credit card accounts, fuel cards, copiers, phones, etc.), have an accounting or I/T background, or have a college degree in anything more impressive than TV 101. Afraid to get your hands dirty once in a while = loss of all bonus points.</li>

We seek a full-time Director of Operations for our operations center, which will be based in Phoenix, Arizona.

The Director of Operations reports to the General Manager (GM) and is responsible for coordinating with the GM to ensure the success of local/statewide contract(s).
