Please Help Me Get My Truck Back!! (MARICOPA)

My truck broke down back in February and the repair cost is $5000.00!! We don't have it and cannot afford a rental. My husband and I are carpooling, sort of, but the fuel is costing us $50.00/day. We work different shifts and our commute is 30 miles one way and we make 4 trips daily. We do not have good credit due to circumstances beyond our control and have no where else to turn. We have two vending machines worth over $5000.00 that we can use as collateral but cannot sell them and we have no funds available upfront. The repair shop is taking payments but won't release my truck until it is paid in full. We could make $200.00/month payments. Please help!
