Requirements: Ideal candidates for the Administrative / Personal Assistant role will have 3 Months of experience, preferably working in sales support in a corporate setting. Strong MS Office, especially with MS Word, Excel and Outlook are a MUST, as are strong interpersonal skills.

Description: Immediate opening for a qualified Administrative / Personal Assistant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrative / Personal Assistant that is looking for the next step in their career. You would work closely with the three partners in the company, reporting to the office manager. This Administrative / Personal Assistant role would involve calendaring through MS Outlook, travel and expenses, light sales support (basic customer service functions), maintaining the office filing system assisting with the front desk and other project based work as necessary. This position would be the face of the office so professionalism and excellent communication skills are as important as a technical skill set.
