Leading janitorial services company looking for janitorial supervisor to act as the day-to-day supervisor for one of our strategic accounts.

The Janitorial Supervisor will focus on customer satisfaction including day-to-day account operations, team supervision, relationship and issue management.

Essential Job Functions:

Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary contact for assigned account(s)
Understand customer expectations and requirements

Team Supervisor:
Act as team supervisor in assigned account(s).
Communicate, solve and followup with team on a daily basis
Help regional manager meet/exceed budgeted labor hour goals

Requirements:
Previous janitorial experience preferred
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
Able to pass background check including e-verify
Clean driving record
Able to work early morning hours 4am – 1pm
