As a member of the JumpStreet team you would work closely as team of supervisors alike, along with on the job experience to complete the necessary training needed to run and assist operating JumpStreet . JumpStreet is a very high energy, flexible, casual and fun place to work.
Job Description:
As a supervisor, you would be expected to:
-open and or close JumpStreet
-work alongside a team of supervisors Managing a team of employees
-assist in daily operation, checking in customers, parties, cashiering, scheduling and smooth execution of birthday parties, covering shifts for breaks, maintaining a safe environment for employees and patrons and in charge of the overall daily activities.
-daily balancing and accountability
-scheduling supervisors and employees
-ordering
Skills and Qualifications
-High energy fantastic customer service skills
-previous supervisor experience needed
-cash handling experience
As a Bouncer and or Cashier you would be expected to:
-greet, engage, and tender in customers
-monitor trampoline courts and or inflatable castles and ensure customer and employee safety
- check in and execute birthday parties
-assist with opening and closing cleaning duties
