Cable One Customer Care Center has PART TIME positions available !! Cable One, a Washington Post Company, is a provider of cable television programming, high speed internet access, and telephone service. Our associates enjoy a friendly environment with state of the art equipment; from flat screen monitors, to ergonomic and spacious work stations. Our surroundings are bright and modern with a large 1960’s nostalgia cafeteria featuring the Wii game and Cable TV.

Cable One is centrally located in downtown Phoenix at 3110 North Central Avenue. We are seeking experienced individuals with sales,customer service and call center back ground who demonstrate a passion for helping others. The required work hours of the position could be any day Monday through Sunday. Scheduled hours to be determined by the needs of the business.

As a Customer Care Center Service Representative, your calls will be in regards to sales, billing questions, trouble shooting repair issues and guiding customers in selecting products and services best fit for their needs. On each call you will be expected to demonstrate the highest degree of professional courtesy and provide one call resolution.

Skill Requirements
• PC proficiency, minimum 40 wpm typing skills
• Excellent verbal communication, diction, English grammar
• Proven multi tasking skills
• Ability to work in a flexible, team environment
• Previous call center experience . Sales skills required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required .Must be able to pass extensive back ground check, drug and physical tests

Job Responsibilities
• Receive inbound calls from Cable One or potential new customers
• Meet established Center productivity and quality standards
• Stay current on new products, services and any temporary impacts which could affect customers
• Operate office equipment

The skill set pay is $12.50 hourly. Up to $75.00 monthly cable benefit, and tuition reimbursement.
