Hi, I'm in need of a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment with washer & dryer or hookups. My credit is shot, but I do have a good job...been in the same field for 17 years. I'm not trying to make excuses or sugar coat anything...it is what it is. I've lived here in Phoenix since February and have good rental history here, and that's about it.
If you can assist me, that's great. But I do need a 3 bedroom with washer/dryer or hook ups.
