Real estate team looking for admin assistant to help with overflow of responsibilities.
Will be responsible for:
-Communicating and following up with clients
-Loading documents to an online system
-Handling multiple projects with deadlines
Must be able to:
-Communicate effectively
-Attention to detail
-Work as a team
-Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, Adobe and Explorer
-Must be able to multi-task
-Handle a fast paced environment
-Work extra hours as needed and assume additional responsibilities
-Strong organizational skills
