Well no doubt about it ,, if we were all God fearing and God believers - the answer is ---in our pre psychological disposition of christian ethics

But you don’t have that== very small % It is not being taught in the schools !

No matter how hard all involved try to promote the Christian way of life --- it flat ass is not there

Now please don't give me a whine about taxes or a whine about government

Government is our best hope next to understanding God and Christina ethics.
