Property Management Company is currently looking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor for a beautiful 200-unit community in Central Phoenix. Primary responsibilities will include property repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, apartment turnovers, painting and drywall repair, among other repairs. The right candidate will have previous multifamily maintenance experience, HVAC certification and Pool certification a must. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Supports and aids the Business Manager in all phases of the overall physical maintenance of an income producing property. This includes but is not limited to; the general maintenance of the property, expense control, and adherence to preventive maintenance programs and required state and federal safety programs. Perform appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool, custodial, and carpentry work as necessary. On-call emergency status required.
