Duties include but are not limited to:
• Leasing/marketing/renewals
• Collections
• Work order management
• Administration, daily reports to corporate

Required skills/experience:
• All candidates must be ****bilingual****.
• Managers must have 2+ yrs experience successfully managing 100-200 unit complex.
• Assistants must have 1+ yr mgmt/leasing experience.
• Available to work weekends, evenings as needed.
• Must have genuine enjoyment working with people and helping others.
The candidate will ideally live on property and take hands on approach to create a community to be proud of. Good pay and housing, commission/bonus plan available.
