Successful history of apartment building maintenance with references is REQUIRED.MUST BE HANDS ON, WILLING TO DO ANY WORK NEEDED, AND LEAD BY EXAMPLE. Responsibilities include:
• All mechanical and electrical equipment and systems and perform basic janitorial services and preventative maintenance.
• Oversee customer service, resident relations, maintenance department
practices, vendor relations, marketing and leasing.
• Maintain property inventory of supplies and materials.
• Handle emergency and after-hours incidents; 24x7 cell phone response; on-call rotation
• Assist in implementation of all code compliance measures.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.
Skills required:
• 3+ years experience in Property Maintenance.
• Handle day-to-day maintenance/engineering work orders and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, vendor oversight, etc.)
