We are a well established property management firm seeking a District Property Manager to manage properties throughout Arizona. Qualified individuals must have a current drivers license, reliable transportation, experience in managing multi-site subsidized housing including LIHTC (tax credit) properties; ability to work independently; good communication skills (written and verbal); the ability to get along with senior management, owners, vendors and property staff; good leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff. Computer skills required are: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
A CURRENT ARIZONA REAL ESTATE LICENSE IS REQUIRED.
Responsibilities include hiring, training and managing staff; reviewing budgets and financial analysis. Routine visits to sites ensuring conformity of company operating procedures; tenant files are in compliance, maintenance needs are being met, curb appeal is superb and a focus on low vacancy factor.
