Requirements for Hire:

*2 years sales experience
*Must be able to contact homeowners in foreclosure door to door from our hot list
* Must be able to do property valuations, CMA's and BPO's.
*Great communication skills
*Punctual & Presentable
*Previous R.E. Sales experience is a plus
*Ability to find us pre-foreclosure transactions
