Bedroom is approximately 13ft by 10ft. (Much larger than most apartments!) Large closet (not a walk-in..but around 10feet in length) that was just remodeled by Dream Closets.
Rent is $480 per month plus 1/3 Utilities (Electric, Water&Trash, TV, Internet). Pool and lawn maintenance are inlcuded in $480.
A little about me: My name is Jillian and I'm a 24year old female. I work during the week as a therapist for children with autism. I love my job more than anything. On the weekends, I like to hang out with friends, family, etc. I'm originally from Chicago and am a big Bears fan. I'm pretty easygoing and am not a huge partier but I do like to have fun. I'm very clean and would like my roommates to be clean (at least in common areas) as well. I have one small dog (dachshund/yorky mix). His name is Wrigley and he is potty-trained :)
There is one other 23 year old girl living in the house as well. She's a graphic designer and is very laid back. She likes to go out on the weekends, but doesn't party much during the week. She has one small dog (shiba-inu chihuahua mix) named Rocko.
The fourth bedroom has been converted into an office with a futon.
