Looking for one good roommate to share this really nice loft style condo in the heart of old town Scottsdale. You can walk anywhere in old town Scottsdale in minutes! The condo is in a nice small complex called Villas @ Vista Verde, the complex is very quiet and secure, it has a small clubhouse with some work out equipment and a nice heated pool and spa.

The condo has hardwood floors throughout, cathedral ceilings with large window to make it very nice and bright. The master bedroom is a good size with a nice private bathroom plenty of closet space and a private balcony. The second room is smaller but still good size and the bathroom is directly outside so would feel nice and private.


The condo will be available on October 1st and I will be moving in then so if you are interested in the master bedroom or the 2nd bedroom we could discuss that.

The price for master bedroom is $725 per month and the 2nd bedroom is $600 per month including utilities

The main thing for me is I am looking for a nice clean, respectful, honest laid back and easy to get one with roommate.
