Hi -- I'll be working in downtown Phoenix for half of November am looking to rent a furnished room or sublet an apartment from 11/11 to 11/30 (dates somewhat flexible). I am a clean and responsible female who can provide references. With utilities included, I can pay up to $325 for this period, depending on the place. Ideally it would have:
--Wi-Fi
--covered parking
--private bathroom
--no pets
--convenient access to highways
--washer/dryer
