I need a quiet place to stay while I check out some business clientele and etc.
Hi-speed internet and AC is a must, I plan on renting a car once I arrive so there won't be any need for me to hitch a ride with anyone.
I'm not a smoker, I rarely drink, I've never used drugs, nor do I plan to do so in the future.
My target date for my departure will be sometime in the middle of August or the beginning of September.
