So I need to move back home and I need for someone to take over my lease. My room is the master bedroom with its own bathroom. Included in the rent is water, gas, trash, and your own private covered parking spot. The complex itself is gated with a gym, heated pool, hot tub and business center. It is about a 5 min drive to ASU and a 10 min drive to both downtown Phoenix and Old Town Scottsdale. It is also a quiet place to live which is why it is such a great location. You do not need to make a deposit nor do you have to deal the hassel and BS that comes with dealing from an apartment complex as the owners of the condo are two of the nicest people that you will ever meet. They are an older married couple that live in Scottsdale and they are very easy to deal with.
My roommate Daria is 25 and she is one of the coolest/friendliest girls you will ever meet. She always down for anything and she is also one of the cleanest people you will meet.
The apartment itself is approx. 1180 sq ft that comes with an upgraded refrigerator and freezer, microwave, cabinets, marble counters, tile kitchen floors, washer and dryer, walk-in closets.
Our electric bills have only been costing around 80-90 dollars a month total so you save a lot there only paying only half.
Also as a bonus you can keep any of the furniture that I own which includes couch, coffee table, side tables, computer desk and chair and entire queen bed set if needed. All of which totals at least $500 and you can have it for free. Nothing is wrong with any of it I just dont have any need for it anymore and can't take it with me.
Trust me when I say that this place was great but unfortunately I have to move home and take care of my parents.
