Room is fully furnished but furniture can be removed if needed. House has two stories and is fully furnished. There is a patio set and gas grill in backyard perfect for upcoming months. All bedrooms are upstairs. You would live in one with a closet and close to the semi-private bath. There are two living areas in the home. One is upstairs and the other is downstairs, you would be able to use both. There is a washer/dryer, and we have DIRTV. Utilities are included. Willing to get internet if wanted, willing to split the cost of this upgrade.
This house is in a newer complex. There are 2 community pools in the complex as well that you will be able to use. It is close to Starbucks, Walgreens, Frys Grocery, and Target. Street parking is available. There is a close bus stop
Looking for a considerate and respectful male/female. Currently in the house is one male and one female- and a pet dog. About us: we are both working professionals, not party animals but do like to have a drink on occasion and enjoy a good time. We are both health orientated, enjoy cooking, hiking, working out and just relaxing on our days off.
