IT Support Desk Representative
- Internal support of about 200 computers in 17 different offices
- Some travel may be required to off site offices
- Help Desk agents to take incoming calls on the help desk
- Provides day-to-day customer contact; actively seeks resolution to customer problems
- Knowledge of Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7
- Knowledge of Server 2000/2003 and applications (Exchange, SQL, Active Directory, etc)
- Knowledge of All office suites and applications
- Successful candidates will have strong PC & Network troubleshooting skills and be able to resolve basic to advanced hardware, software, and connectivity problems quickly.
- Would prefer 2+ years of Help Desk experience and/or equivalent schooling
- Position is Full Time regular business hours
The ideal candidate would have a broad range of skill sets and be comfortable switching between a different of tasks throughout the day.
- Location: Central Phoenix
- Compensation: 32k-36k DOE w/benefits.
