DESCRIPTION: Customer Care Specialist


A dynamic technical support organization is seeking Technical Customer Service

Associates with high energy, motivation and great customer service skills to join our team!



Successful candidates will be responsible for providing service and support to our customers for web applications through inbound / outbound email, chat, and telephone contact.





REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 1-2 years previous customer service experience (preferably in a technical call center environment).
Must have basic computer skills
Possess excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of common computer applications.
Strong communication and written skills
Must be able to type 45 wpm
Excellent work ethic.
Motivated team player with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of PC hardware and software helpful but not required
Must have positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to complete tasks.
Must be willing to work any shift, as we are a 24/7 company and there is a variety of shifts available.
Knowledge of common browsers and internet technologies a plus
High school diploma

JOB DUTIES:
Duties include receiving telephone calls. Provide telephone, email and chat support.
Provide clear and concise data entry of all customer interactions in our incident tracking database
Adherence to call escalation procedures and proper issue handling.
Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Performs data entry and use of software programs.
Also may require research skills to trouble shoot customer issues.
Other responsibilities as assigned
