It is responsible for working with vendors in the field to encourage and support participation in the programs and when appropriate, adds credibility to the project by meeting with customers and their selected vendor to help legitimize the program and the anticipated implementation cost/saving.

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in mechanical, or electrical engineering, or equivalent. Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred.

Applicants will be required to lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for defining requirements, performing detailed engineering designs, and producing physical spacecraft hardware. Subsystems will include electronics hardware, firmware, networking, and RF communications and power generation and distribution systems. Required Qualifications:
