Teams will be working from 11-pm- 8:30am. as a back up you would basically show up to the promotion and check in at 11 pm. If you are needed you would work from 11pm-8:30 at the rate of $13 per hr as an IC. If you are not needed you would go home after about 30min to 45 min and you would get a check for $50.00 (Checks mailed 2 weeks after the event) Odds are you would end up working.
However if you showed up as a back up you need to be ready to work until 8;30 am. Its a long shift but you can make a lot of money and we are going to mail out checks two weeks after the promotion.

We are looking for backups for an event on Nov 26/27 (black Friday) inside of the TEMPE Mall. We will have a booth set up inside the mall, with complimentary gift wrapping and complimentary coffee as well. We�ll also have some things to give away. Our backup spots are to cover the overnight shift that starts at 11pm on Nov 26th. (THIS THURSDAY NIGHT!)

Basically, our backups report to the mall the evening of the event, at 11pm, check in with the field manager to see if they�re needed to work. If they�re needed to work, they work the regular shifts (til 8:30am) as the normal payrate-$13 per hr). The odds are good that you would end up working. If you don't end up working you would be paid the backup rate of $50 just for showing up. Perfect for art student or struggling artist wanting to make contacts in the art industry. I have a booth at the art show this weekend. I'm a Tibetan and African photographer (meaning genre). I need someone to assist me on Sunday from 10:30 to 7:30pm. The show is free so there will be a lot of people. There are a couple options. I can pay or you could show a piece of art if it doesn't conflict, like metal, wood, sculpture. I'd have to see a sample of it at least in a photo. 37000 people come through in two days so it is great exposure. Gallery owners come to find new talent. There could be numerous connection opportunities. Saturday is also an option if you are willing to help me in exchange for showing 3 of your pieces, depending on size. You at least need to enjoy and know a little about art to be considered. Art student or artist preferred.

You need to be dressed clean, clean shaved, neat hair, no physical piercings, fitness conscious with great smile (good teeth). Male or female.
