Established Commercial Property Management Company in need of experienced part-time Property Accountant.
Work to include: general ledger, a/r, a/p, cam recs, budgeting, sales tax, and financials.
15 hours per week to start with flexible schedule. Hours to increase as needed.
Accounting degree preferred
Extensive Excel experience a plus
Yardi experience also a plus
