This position requires relocation to the Cayman Islands.
Requirements:
Must have at least 10 years of management experience with an emphasis on sales and meeting goals.
Must be able to perform the duties of subordinates, installers, technicians, salesman, dispatcher, warehouse and inventory management.
Must be able to delegate authority and overcome office and field obstacles. A can do attitude is a must.
Must be an expert at problem resolution.
Must be able to track technician and installer production and efficiency utilizing company systems, software and practices.
Will report to the general manager and or owner of the company.
We prefer applicants who can travel light, free of dependants thou all are welcome to apply.
