I have a great job available for an experienced Sales Manager

We are Auto Glass Shop, and we replace more windshields than anyone in the Arizona. We may be the largest at what we do, but we are on track to double our sales in the next 6 months to a year. We generate sales through our network of carwashes, gas stations, telemarketing and Door 2 Door programs.

Currently we are seeking a HIGH POWERED manager who has experience in sales, management, and training. We are looking for someone who is fearless and excited about building new teams and business. Experience in auto glass is ideal, but can be compensated with 10+ years of sales experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and employee development. The ideal person would be self-motivated and commission driven. This is an amazing opportunity for the right individual.

This is a full time position. This position pays a base salary: dependent on experience, plus commissions and bonuses, with vacation and health benefits.

You do not have to be bilingual for this position; however, it is always a plus

If you are a results driven, outgoing, fun person with extensive sales and management experience this may be the perfect opportunity for you. We fully expect the right person to make 50-65k+ their first year, there is no commission cap!
