This unique pole dancing class blends a combination of stretching with dance techniques from various genres including: pole dancing spins and tricks, Pilates, exotic/belly dancing, kundalini yoga, Latin body motion, burlesque, ballet, tango, and more! Our intense workout focuses on stretching and building muscles to help you perform sensual pole dancing tricks and routines safely while toning and sculpting muscles in the process.
Our take on sensual pole dance is that it is a great way for women to get in touch with their feminine side and learn to feel confident about themselves no matter their size, body type or age! At Express MiE we are less concerned about doing crazy-incredible pole tricks and more focused on helping woman realize their own crazy-incredible beauty. Our goal at Express MiE is you help YOU gain confidence about yourself while getting in shape with an amazing workout.
