I am looking to bring on a web design/programming person with knowledge of PHP into a new website I am creating. I am on a small budget, so I am also looking affordable or I will consider making the right person apart of this new business as well, depending on how things go. I have the basic design/logo already in place, it basically needs a theme and a program to run it, if that makes any sense. This project is relatively close to completion. I am primarily looking for independent or freelance types, but may consider the right company. I plan on making my final decision by the end of the weekend, so put your best bid forward.
