I need a computer programmer who can create a program for mass (up 1000s) product upload from an excel, csv, text, etc. file to a MYSQL database. This will be for an existing auction website and would be used by sellers. I believe this would be C+, but not sure.

Please respond with hourly rate and rough estimate.
