Cruise America, Inc., North America’s largest RV Rental and Sales provider, has an immediate opening at its Mesa, AZ location for a Rental Agent.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Rental Agents handle RV rental contract transactions, vehicle demonstrations, incoming calls from the general public, walk-ins, office and clerical duties. Primary responsibilities are to provide world-class customer service, aggressively pursue reservation bookings, and cross-sell appropriate add-ons to optimize the traveler’s vacation experience. Research rental rates and locations and sell travel packages that best suit the customer.
Successful candidates are organized, detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preference will be given to candidates who have a least one of the following competencies:
- Car rental and/or hotel front desk experience
- Travel industry training/experience
- Customer service experience
REQUIRED SKILLS:
·Must possess a true commitment to drive sales and providing excellent customer service, and be a hardworking team player with the ability to excel in a fast paced environment.
·Superior people development and communication skills.
·Must be willing to complete/pass a criminal background investigation and drug screen prior to hire.
·Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
·Must have a valid driver’s license.
German Speaking a plus
