JOB DESCRIPTON:
Advising potential borrowers regarding appropriate loan programs which may best suit their needs
Obtain complete and accurate applications and supportive documentation
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all program policies and procedures
Responsible for reviewing borrower's income, assets, and credit documentation to determine level of qualification
Must be easily accessible by phone or email to answer all client questions
Coordinates with lender on all closing conditions
Responsible for maintaining a current pipeline
QUALIFICATIONS:
Highly ethical, self-motivated and entrepreneurial with strong networking skills
Knowledge of loan products, basic processing skills
Candidates must be able to independently prioritize daily work tasks and display a sense of urgency
Aggressive follow up and follow through skills are also a must!
Mortgage experience required
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines
Must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in loan origination
