We are currently seeking a Customer Service/Front Desk Sales Receptionist for our massage studio located in Gilbert.
Qualifications for this job include:
Proven sales history
Excellent customer service skills
Stability in prior jobs
Spa/Massage industry experience preferred
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Platform
Ability to multi-task
Ability to handle all types of people with a friendly and outgoing personality
Can you talk to just about anyone and feel comfortable doing it? This might be the job for you. As a customer service and front desk receptionist, we are seeking an individual that can do it all. Including keeping cusotmers happy, making appointments, keeping things tidy, learning new software systems, being extremely meticulous and detailed oriented and selling our services. The person we are looking for should have prior sales experience, have a stable job history, preferrably have spa/massage industry experience and be savvy on computer systems. Your shifts will include a weekend shift and you MUST be able to work the shifts we currently have open, which include a few weekdays as well as a weekend shift. We will disqualify anyone that cannot work our shifts or will need to "change" their shifts in the future due to personal/school schedules. This job is for those that would like a long term position. We are looking for someone that likes to keep busy!
