ETC Local Coordinators are actively involved in the recruitment of quality host families for international high school students from many countries, arriving for five and ten month stays. Community Coordinators work closely with, and provide service to, students enrolled in our program, to host families, and local high school administrators and staff. We choose to work with only quality people in all aspects of our operations. Are you one of those people?

We believe no organization is better than its local Coordinator. Here are some ways to find out if you are a good candidate:

Do you believe that teens are impressionable?
Would you like to make a positive impact on teens both locally and globally?
Can you see the value in teens from around the world understanding the American culture as well as other cultures of the global community?
Would you like to make a difference in the future of our world for your children and grandchildren?
If you answered yes to the above questions, please continue.

PAY: Local Coordinators earn placement fees ($500-$1000) for every host family that they recruit. The Local Coordinator Role pay is based on your ability to recruit host families! This is not a salaried position. You are paid upon recruiting and screening an appropriate host family.

Field Managers should have a solid background in recruitment, sales, team management, conflict resolution, and working with teens. Field Managers are paid based on experience and their ability to recruit both host families and local coordinators to build their team. PRIOR EXPERIENCE working with HIGH SCHOOL EXCHANGE PROGRAMS a PLUS!!!! Field Managers typically earn $800- $2000 a month depending on experience and ability to recruit.
