Cactus Child Care, LLC has a vacancy for an experienced Toddler Teacher (1's and 2's). This is an OPENER position, from 5.30 a.m. M-F. Start Monday Nov. 16.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- developing and teaching an early childhood curriculum
- general child care
- potty training
- organizing and controlling the classroom.
- at least 2 years recent experience as a full Toddler teacher within a licensed Day Care Center environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- at least 25 years of age
- must pass State criminal background check
- must satisfy all other State requirements for working with children
- will be required to obtain Food Handler's Licence and CPR/First Aid certification
- MUST BE PUNCTUAL
- must have own reliable transport
- must have at least 6 credit hours in early childhood studies from an accredited college or university or 30 hours training in early childhood aspects
- must be available to open center at 5.30 a.m. M-F. Depending on customer demand opening can vary from 5.30 a.m. to 6.00 a.m.
