Description
Develop, implement and track business development initiatives in accordance with the branch business plan, company goals and market condition. This includes overall responsibility for marketing activities, direct sales, account management, bids and proposals. Serve as senior technical consultant for specific regional and corporate project and program assignments. Regularly evaluate the branch's capabilities, performance and position in the market and recommend and implement appropriate hiring, purchases and other actions to maintain the viability and competitiveness in the marketplace. Responsible for all aspects of the Arizona operation.
Requirements
Ten years of relevant experience, successful track record managing a business unit demonstrating profitability, growth, client development and management skills or a M.S./M.B.A. with 10 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in financial operations management, including P&L responsibility and cash flow (AR/WIP) management required. B.S. Degree in Engineering, Physical Science.
