Fugro Consultants, Inc. (www.fugroconsultants.com) is seeking an experienced field engineer/geologist for an immediate project specific opening. The project duration is approximately 3 months beginning early in 2010, and located within the state of Arizona. The qualified individual will have a BS in civil engineering, engineering geology, geology or related field (EIT, GIT, RG or PE preferred); experience performing geotechnical investigations including field logging of soil borings and rock cores; a strong work ethic and effective communication skills. The project may require extended travel outside of the metro Phoenix area. Continued employment beyond project completion will depend on performance and workload.
