We are looking for vendors for our first Holiday Craft Boutique. Major proceeds benefit Mountain Vista Elementary School's PTO.

The boutique is Saturday, December 5th, 2009 from 9am-2pm.
We are limiting vendors to 1 per company.
Cost for 8 x 8 booth is $25. Please email for an application.

All applications and payments are due by Friday, November 20th, 2009.
