We have an immediate opening for a full time Medical Biller/In-Take/Collections Specialist with at least 2+ years of experience related to durable medical equipment. Qualified applicants will be self-starters, great multi-taskers and independent workers.
Candidates must have experience in:
* medical terminology
* health insurance and in-take of required documentation
* ICD-9 coding
* CPT codes
* payment and charge posting
Candidates must possess strong skills in:
* patient-orientation
* customer service
* written/oral communication
In addition, the successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and computer savvy. Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook are a preferred.
