I am a mother with 3 children looking for a house to rent in the area of Mckellips and Mesa Drive. I don't have the best credit but have 3 years perfect rental history. I just took custody of a boy who needed a home and can no longer stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. My income is limited but is sufficient to cover my expenses. I am a full time student at a local college. I have a small dog who weighs a full 11 lb and is fully house broken. I am really reliable and can give plenty of references. I am looking to stay within a 3-4 mile radius of mckellips and mesa drive. Please only serious inquiries! Looking for something nice for my children to call home. :) Looking to move around mid-Jan or beginning of Feb if large deposts are needed.
