We are a local law firm marketing company with a national clientele and are expanding our marketing team.

Yes, even in this economy, our company is growing.

We are looking to add 2 people to our Marketing Team.

Job includes:
• Setting up weekly emails in a web-based email marketing program
• Gathering and compiling statistical data in an Excel spreadsheet
• Maintaining and updating email databases
• Researching bounced emails both on the internet and via phone
• Compiling and maintaining multiple email lists
• Researching and compiling information on possible business leads via the internet
• Maintaining an on-line library of emails

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Very technically sophisticated
• Direct experience with internet marketing & SEO strategies
• Great work ethic
• Great English speaking and writing skills
• Well educated. Prefer college graduates in marketing, pr, communications, or internet marketing
• Solid working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel required (minimum of 2 years)
• Experience with CRM programs such as Infusionsoft, Interspire and Constant Contact is a major plus
• Experience with large scale emailing programs a major plus
• Web and data entry experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Self starter and able to work independently
• Highly organized
• Experience working with law firms or attorneys is a big plus and will move you to the top of the pile.
• Experience doing marketing, pr, and communications for a small business will also move you to the top of the pile.

Requirements:
• Must be a Superstar. A Superstar is someone who is in the top 5% of what you do. If you aren't a Superstar please do not apply.
• Have a quiet place to work from your home (this is a work from home position)
• Fast and stable cable internet connection
• Fast, stable computer
• Able to work during normal business hours (but other projects can be done in off hours)

• This is a part-time entry level position with 20-30 hours per week.
