Busy, privately-owned dental practice in South Chandler is seeking a dynamic and detailed Marketing Assistant!
This position can be either part-time or full-time, with a minimum of 2 days per week and a maximum of 4 days per week.
The ideal candidate has:
2+ years experience in dental marketing
Experience in creating and editing print ads for direct mail pieces and newspaper print ads
Experience in website optimization, including targeted local marketing by web
Some actual design experience would be ideal but NOT required (ability to design an actual print ad without the use of outside graphic designer)
Experience in trade show and expo coordination and small event planning
Extreme attention to detail and a "stay until the job is done" attitude!
Superb spelling, grammatical, punctuation skills for editing print pieces
Ability to research specific areas for demographic data
Ability to originate innovative marketing plans for niche markets ("out of the box" thinking)
Create and maintain annual marketing plan and budget
This position would be responsible for overseeing all marketing projects in an assistant capacity according to a defined marketing plan for two dental offices in East Valley. Would work with and report to Marketing Director.
