CHANDLER CONDO LEASING CONSULTANT” – Hourly + 30% Leasing Bonus

We are an independent developer that is actively seeking a Leasing Consultant who can provide excellent service to our community and residents. If you are a customer service oriented person and want to lease condominiums in a great central Chandler location, then we want to talk to you.

Our Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing condominium homes to achieve maximum occupancy. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a customer service and marketing/sales background. Our Leasing Consultant is paid a base hourly wage plus a 30% leasing bonus! ONLY qualified individuals should apply that have verifiable leasing experience - which is REQUIRED.

Our Leasing Consultant must be able to professionally, persuasively and assertively:

·       Put all marketing materials (i.e. balloons, signs, banners, etc.) outside in designated locations in order to attract drive-by traffic; notify management when reordering is required

·       Warmly greet our guests and briefly describe our community

·       Determine our guests EXACT requirements in a condominium home

·       Aggressively point out our special and HOW it will save them versus other communities

·       Showing the layout of the community on the property map and the unit(s) available for showing

·       Taking prospective residents on tours of the available units that meet their requirements along with a short community tour

·       At end of tour, give each prospective resident the Application Package and explain EACH form and what also is required for renting (fees, deposits, identification, payroll stub)

·       Telephone calls to all traffic (walk-in, internet and telephone leads) within 24 hours to determine if there are additional questions AND emphasizing why the community is where they want to “call home”!

·       Handling resident requests, other office duties, and keeping the Leasing Office clean and tidy.

·       Completing lease forms and walking new residents through the signing process

·       Collecting rent and making bank deposits

·       Immediately reporting to management any deficiencies found in the rental units or on-property.

·       Some computer work is needed – responding to emailed rental inquiries, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, online Hotmail)

Individual must be highly motivated, energetic, outgoing and can aggressively “get the rental”. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of Arizona Landlord Tenant Laws. This position is for a 1-person office for approximately 30+ hours per week. Weekends required but off two days mid-week. A DETAILED and thorough resume covering your last 5+ years of employment AND education is required. Thorough personal and criminal background screening required.
