1. Must be highly skilled in managing incoming service calls and dispatching them.
2. Must be highly skilled in all areas of computer programs used in the office environment.
3. Highly organized in office atmosphere and willing to make changes. Proven leader.
4. Understand basics of doing parts inventories and ordering parts.
5. Preferred 2 years of selling experience in a call center environment.
6. Must be able to manage 8-10 employees in the field.
7. Must be able to do basic accounting and understand account receivables.
8. Must have proven phone skills in previous jobs, this job needs a lot of phone skills.
