Maintenance Technician
Basic Function
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the upkeep and appearance of the community, while meeting all safety standards. This includes property buildings, pool and spas, common areas and parking lots.
Responsibilities
*Must be clean, presentable and ready to work at scheduled times
*Vacuum pool and spas, maintain adequate chemical levels in them and
clean pool and spa areas daily
*Pick up trash throughout property and empty common area trash cans daily
*Complete general maintenance, painting and cleaning (when needed) in
vacant apartments according to Maintenance Supervisor’s schedule
*Complete maintenance requests when assigned in a timely manner and
record work performed
*Report any activity or condition that needs attention to Assistant Manager
*Keep maintenance shop clean and organized at all times
*Perform all other assigned duties
*Responds to after hours emergencies when on call

Experience
Maintenance experience required
Must be living in the area or be willing to relocate
Must be willing to work on weekends and/or holidays
