Wasatch Property Management is currently seeking a high energy, enthusiastic people person to be an Assistant Manager for one of our beautiful Phoenix properties! Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Interacting with current, prospective, and past residents
- Completing daily reports
- Preparing correspondence such as collections, rent change, eviction notices, etc.
- Balancing general ledgers and maintaining delinquency reports
- Completes all collections, deposits, accounting, etc. for the property
- Understands and follows all State and federal laws and regulations when conducting company business
- Assists manager with resolving resident complaints and answering resident questions
- Assists with all aspects of leasing including but not limited to touring, accepting and processing applications, answering phones, completing call backs and thank you cards.
- Assists with monitoring curb appeal, office and model appearance and signage
Qualified candidates must have one year of: leasing experience, collecting of rents and other monies due, balancing the general ledger accounts, and maintaining delinquency reports. In Addition: Strong customer service skills, Understanding of Landlord Tenant Laws, Yardi knowledge is a plus but not required, Bi-Lingual a plus.
