Short Refi Negotiator's needed

M3 Strategy a National Short Refinance company looking for 15 negotiators and 25 processors for our Scottsdale office. We have set ourselves apart from the competition, with outstanding results, extensive research,and through knowledge of the Short Refinance Loss Mitigation Industry. Our programs have helped hundreds of American homeowners secure a monthly mortgage payment that they are capable of paying, and reducing the principal to an equity position. Our staff has over 40 years of experience the Mortgage and Real Estate industries.

All processing and negotiators work from our busy corporate office in Scottsdale. We have almost 900 offices nation wide and are growing everyday. We are looking for top producers with a proven track record. We are looking for people wanting to make a difference in the lives of other people and families.

Job Requirements:
* General understanding of the Real Estate market and/or residential loan business
* Self motivate and a quick learner
* Results oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Basic Computer skills (i.g. email, Microsoft Office, Web)
* Short Refinance/loan modShort Sale processing and/or mortgage processing a mandatory. Ideal candidate will have min of 6 month experience (FHA would be help but we can train)
* Top notch Negotiators with a proven track record minimum 6 months experience
